The Canada Post strike is over as of Dec 17th, they will resuming taking parcels on the 19th - but I would still expect some minor delays into the new year.
For now the shop is set up to serve Canada and the USA, I will ship globally but those orders will be processed via email, send me your information to themonkeyrodeo@gmail.com
I don’t keep a stock of items, everything is made upon ordering and can take several days to make - up to a week. Expect orders to arrive within 3 weeks on average. If you need something quickly, contact me before ordering so I can properly process it as a RUSH ORDER, there will be an additional charge on these orders however.
Quantities are all set to 1, it just makes it easier for production to not have multiple orders for one piece all at once - if you want several copies of one specific piece, I can do that as a custom order, so contact me at the email above with all your information. If you have questions, contact me before ordering or read through the FAQ - most questions will be answered there.
And for hygiene reasons, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges on foam latex prosthetics
