All products ship from Prince Edward Island, Canada, Monday to Friday only.

All shipping is done via Canada Post.

Within Canada, Expedited method is normally used, this includes tracking and up to $100 insurance automatically. Can take anywhere from 1 day to 8 days, depending on location.

Outside of Canada, Tracked Packet is used. This is the least expensive method with tracking and includes up to $100 insurance. Can take anywhere from 7 to 11 business days.

For more expensive parcels, where having it fully insured is preferred, there are more expensive shipping options that will allow that - you'll have to contact me to arrange this.

Because I'm a small business I cannot replace parcels lost in the mail, I can put a trace on the parcel to help locate it, but that's all I'm able to do. If the tracking information has it marked as delivered, there's nothing more that can be done on my end.
